Quiénes somos
The seller side was nobody's job.
So we made it ours.
The gap
Every English-language resource about Colombian real estate points one direction: in. Buying guides, visa thresholds, neighborhood breakdowns for arriving foreigners. But thousands of foreigners bought apartments in Medellín, Bogotá, and on the coast over the last decade — and when their plans change, they discover the exit has no signage. No MLS to list on, no license board to vet agents against, and no one whose job it is to make sure a foreign seller's property lands in front of the buyers who pay real prices.
What Ventaya is
Ventaya is a referral network run from Medellín, part of the same group behind medellinrealestate.co, colombiainvestorvisa.com, and rentmedellin.co. We spend our days inside the mechanics of this market — escrituras, certificados, canal cambiario, the January SMMLV sweep — and we maintain working relationships with the bilingual brokerages that actually close transactions with foreigners.
When you sell through us, we review your situation, match your property to the brokers whose buyer pool fits it, and stay involved so the process doesn't drift. The broker pays us a share of their commission if — and only if — your property closes. You pay us nothing.
What Ventaya is not
We are not real estate agents, lawyers, or accountants, and nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. We're the introduction layer: we know who's competent, we know what the process should look like, and we make sure you're never navigating either one alone.
